  1. Very happy with this book. It’s well laid out with plenty of pictures to help explain the various exercises. For most of the exercises the author has a beginners, intermediate and advanced option.
  2. The book has a nice set of beginner, intermediate, and advance workouts, but if you use it regularly it won’t last more than six months. Nevertheless, I think it is a good start.
  3. This is a great basic book for beginners and people who need to know the details of core training. I was a little disappointed because it says that it is for all levels, but it doesn’t offer much of a challenge for advanced ball users.
  4. Very informative & provides detailed explanations & pictures as well as beginner & more advanced versions of the same move.
  5. I am pretty fit and when I first rec this it looked too basic. I tried one or two exercises and found that this can be very intense! Great techniques on stretching, and form for best results. As I explore each exercise I am learning something new thats helpful! Worth a look!
