1. Great suppliment

   For those concerned with overall health and well-being, this suppliment is a great compliment to whatever you’re taking. Has certainly helped me regain a lot of strength and stamina and I find myself able to get through a day of activities that were unthinkable six months ago. Give them a chance.

3. Great For Inflammation!

   I highly recommend this product.I take this for fibromyalgia and arthritis in spine. It reduces inflammation and helps detoxify the body among many other uses. Inflammation can wreak havoc on the body. There is alot of scientific proof and clinical trials that this product does work!The following website gives alot of great information about how this product works. You can find it cheaper on amazon or vitamin shoppe but the info on this site is great! [...] Apple cider vinegar,lemon juice and honey (or Agave) also great for inflammation but Wobenzym does so much more. I use both.

4. Excellent product

   I started taking these vitamins 6 weeks ago and have been feeling great since. I found out I had a thyroid problem and one of the recommendations was Wobenzym. I hesitated a bit because of the price, but am very glad that I decided to invest in my health. I take only 3 every morning and that seems more than enough for me. My recommendation would be read about the product and then experiment with yourself. Not all dosages are right for everyone. Try different dosages for a week and make a diary. That way after a few weeks you will have a much better idea of what your body needs.

   Wobenzym is a mix of several proteases- enzymes that digest protein. It was originally created as a digestive aid. Research has shown that it acts as an anti-inflammatory- this is now pretty well supported by the literature. It is not, however, a vitamin, nor is it really something you need for general health, and I don’t think that it really does all that much to aid digestion either. If you need an anti-inflammatory and Ibuprofen hurts your stomach this can be a good drug for you, but I don’t see why a healthy person would take it. My wife took it for her sciatica and it seemed to help quite a bit, but it isn’t a panacea.

   If you have old dairy residue to clear from your gut this product will produce a tell-tale dairy odor under the armpit that signals the lymphatic system is clearing it through perspiration. If you haven’t eaten dairy in a while and don’t usually have body odor and then it occurs with taking the enzyme, you do have stored toxins from dairy still trapped in the gut and the enzymes shake it up and eat through it causing a global discharge. This is an excellent sign of healing and detoxification. Very impressive to this user of WobenzymN with a lifelong dairy intolerance coming from a combination of familial intolerance and early intoxication of the small intestine by anti-biotics and vaccine toxins.

7. Works as stated

   I received the Wobenzym tablets quickly. My chiropractor recommended the supplement and it’s easier and cheaper on Amazon than buying it at a shop. I’ve ordered it twice and I’m about to order again.

8. Great for the immune system

   I tend to catch colds easily and wanted to find something to help with that. After much reading, I came across the idea of systemic enzymes. I liked the reviews I read about Wobenzym N, so I decided to give it a try. I’ve been using it for about 2 months now and, although everyone around me seems to be sneezing and coughing, I’ve been fairly healthy throughout … which is a new experience for me. I hope this product will be around for a very long time!!!

10. Don't Buy the New Formula!!!!!!!!!

    My husband and I have used Wobenzym N for the last 6 months with miraculous results in relief from arthritis and sciatic nerve pain. However, when we purchased the newly formulated product by Garden of Life, my husband and I became very sick with numerous major intestinal complaints during the 3 weeks that we took it. After going to the doctor, he suggested we discontinue its (the Wobenzym N’s) use. When we stopped taking it, we rapidly and completely recovered. I contacted Garden of Life concerning our sickness from this product and they admitted that they had changed the formula. The original product made by Mucos was a great product but we will not be buying this one from Garden of Life again. It is our hope that the original formula will again be produced and available in the US.

11. A wonderful product

    This works great in taking down swelling. A ciroprator recommended this to me. Husband takes 3 in the morning and three at night on an empty stomach; because of this product he didn’t go back to a doctor to have one of his injuries looked at. I take one the morning and one at night and I was able to go bowling again; which I haven’t been able to do in a long time because of my hands. It is worth a try. We haven’t had to use as many Alieves.

12. I don't see a difference

    I used this product (the 800 count bottle) for about a month. I took 10 tablets per dose, not the 3 recommended on the bottle. Three tablets is considered a maintenance dose. Anyway, I didn’t feel a difference. Maybe I didn’t need it and that is why I couldn’t feel a difference. Maybe if you have severe issues with inflammation it might help.

    Wobenzym has definitely had a significant effect on my inflammation. I have spondylitis. What I have noticed is not just in my spine either. I feel ‘ clearer and brighter ‘, which fits in with a much reduced ‘ systemic ‘ inflammation. Before Wobenzym I was taking Bromelain ( one of the ingredients )by itself and it was having an effect. This product feels like a step up.

14. very disappointing

    I have constant pain from problems in my cervical spine. I am no longer able to take NSAIDs. It would have been wonderful to find an alternative for inflammation. This is a very expensive supplement, so I read all the reviews on websites where the product is available. I also did research at PubMed. One study showed anecdotal evidence of benefit for people with cervical syndrome, but there were also accounts of severe side-effects. One study noted that all the clinical trials to date were deficient; there is no proof of benefit. I have not been taking it for very long, but I’m going to stop. There has been no change in inflammation or pain, but from the moment I began taking it, I have had gastric upset (not severe, but unpleasant). I was taking only two pills instead of three. Aside from that, I took it exactly as directed. I understand that everyone’s response is different, but I feel I wasted my money.
